Using our website

Pricing and Payment Methods
The pricing on this website is in US dollars. We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card, direct deposit into our bank account, money order, personal or business cheque. The manufacture of your furniture will not commence until your payment has been cleared.
Product Images
There may be some variation between the color displayed on your particular monitor and the color of the product. While we have worked hard to ensure the website displays the color of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot be responsible for the color calibration of your computer monitor.
Product Delivery and Assembly
Table and Desk products will be delivered to your door on the day advised when you order your product. If there is no one at home, your product will be left outside your door. Table and Desk takes no responsibility for the product once it has been delivered.
All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance. Please note, if there is no one home to take delivery of your order and the product is left outside your door, the insured period ends when the courier leaves the product.
Table and Desk products require basic assembly which involves inserting the legs into the table frame and fastening them with the screws provided. If you have any problems, contact customer service on 1800 0000 000 or email customerservice@tableanddesk.com.
Product Returns
As Table and Desk furniture has been custom built for you, we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless there is a defect with the product. If there is a defect and you return the product to us within 14 days, we will cover the freight costs of returning the goods to us and sending your replacement. Table and Desk LLC Warranty
Table and Desk LLC provides this warranty (“Warranty”) for its products that have been purchased in the United States of America. The Warranty period commences from the date of sale. The period of the Warranty will be five years.
This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product. In addition, this Warranty will not apply if:
(a) Repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than one approved by Table and Desk LLC
(b) The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as provided with the product
(c) The customer uses the product in an abnormal manner for example if the product is abused, misused, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or cold, not maintained properly or used after partial failure
(d) The product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, or used with inappropriate accessories
(e) The product is tampered with in any way.
How to make a claim
To claim under the Warranty, you must return the product for repair / inspection to Table and Desk LLC, and pay for the associated costs (including any freight and insurance charges). We will assess the product to determine the nature of the issue, whether you are entitled to a remedy, and the remedy that will be made available to you. Sometimes we may have to forward the product to the manufacturer or repair agent and liaise with them. Before a claim will be processed we require the original sales docket receipt or another form of proof of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Your use of this website or any information on this website is entirely at your own risk. Table and Desk LLC makes no representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy, completeness, suitability, performance or timeliness of the information provided on this website.
